Dani joined MGL Partners in April 2019. Her primary responsibilities include managing new affordable housing construction and development consulting projects.

 

Dani began her career in affordable real estate development as a development project manager at Boulder Housing Partners, the housing authority for the City of Boulder. Her role over her six-year tenure involved managing acquisitions and new Low-Income Housing Tax Credit construction projects. Dani is the co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader Board and is an active volunteer at the Denver Rescue Mission.

 

Dani received a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.

Megan is currently serving as Capital Projects Manager for the City of Denver’s Department of Housing Stability (HOST). She has previously served as a Housing Development Officer and Lead Supportive Housing Development Officer since 2018 and has facilitated the building of approximately 2,000 units of affordable housing and shelter in Denver. Prior to serving at the City, she worked as a Program Manager at Denver Shared Spaces, a program of Radian, Inc. and the Urban Land Conservancy. She has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Colorado Denver.

Anthea is a senior vice president and based in the Denver office of Bellwether Enterprise. She has over 20 years of experience in multifamily finance and specializes in loan origination for both market rate and affordable multifamily properties with an emphasis on FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Throughout her career, Anthea has been responsible for structuring, underwriting, and closing over 80 transactions with over $1 billion in total volume.

 

Anthea is a graduate of Stern School of Business at New York University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems and marketing. Additionally, Anthea holds a Master’s degree from the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver.

Maryjane (she/her) grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan where she developed a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. This appreciation led her to Colorado after finishing her degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. MJ has over a decade of experience in event management specializing in educational conferences, nonprofit fundraising galas, races, and networking events. She brings with her a deep passion for connection and collaboration aimed at improving the local community. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her and her husband Dennis adventuring in the mountains backpacking, camping, and rock climbing.

Robin leads the effort to cultivate client relationships, identify business opportunities, define long-term strategic goals, and ensure excellent customer service at Alliance Construction Solutions. Robin has been with Alliance since 2004 and has held positions in both operations and work procurement departments and holds ownership stake in the company. She is actively involved in numerous organizations including serving as the Conference Co-chair for Housing Colorado and sits on the Board of Directors for CREW Denver. Her hobbies/interests include hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Casandra Bishop

Cassandra Bishop serves as Development Project Manager for the Colorado market at Gorman & Company. She works closely with core project team members on all phases of a development from site selection through stabilization, specializing in crafting responses to RFQs and RFPs, coordinating due diligence of a land or financial closing, and ensuring project compliance with layers of sourcing. As part of a vertically integrated firm, she enjoys bridging communication between development and architecture, construction, and property management to ensure projects stay on schedule and all departments are in lockstep. Cassandra serves as the Marketing and Communications Director of the Board for The Alexander Foundation, and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Colorado Chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
